Netolerantiški šilutiškiai pasiekė savo: kapinėse suolelių nebebus

„Neseniai man paskambino viena moteris ir pranešė, kad kapinėse reikia nugriauti suolelius. Tiesa, jau seniai esu girdėjusi kalbų, kad esą jie trukdo kitiems. Tačiau daugelis suolelių pastatyti ant žolynų, tarp medžių. Mano nuomone, juk jų nepasistatė sveiki žmonės, kurie gali be vargo ateiti, sutvarkyti kapą ir išeiti. Juos gi pasistatė senyvo amžiaus žmonės, neįgalieji, kurie neturi jėgų nepailsėję ar neprisėdę pabaigti tvarkytis“, - kalbėjo E. Paulauskienė.
Draugijos „Šilutės Viltis“ pirmininkė teigė, kad žmonės, atėję aplankyti artimųjų kapų, buvo šokiruoti ant suolelių pamatę uždėtus lapelius, kuriuose pranešama, kad iki birželio 25 dienos būtina juos nugriauti. Raštelyje, pavadinimu „Įspėjimas“, rašoma: „Kapinėse draudžiama statyti suolus praėjimuose tarp kapų. Prašome iki 2015-06-25 pašalinti suolus. Nepašalinus suolo iki nurodyto termino, jį pašalins šias kapines prižiūrinčios UAB „Šilutės komunalininkas“ darbuotojai“.
Apsilankius kapinėse ir apžiūrėjus kapus sutiktos dvi jaunos moterys, paklaustos apie šį atvejį, pasipiktino. „Juk mums, jauniems, nesudėtinga apeiti tą suolelį. Vieni jų yra pastatyti prie pat kapų, kiti – kiek tolėliau, tačiau praeiti netrukdo“, - kalbėjo prisistatyti nepanorusios šilutiškės.
„Aš manau, kad prieš priimant tokius sprendimus būtina atsižvelgti ir į senyvo amžiaus žmones bei neįgaliuosius. Pavyzdžiui, aš esu mama, auginu ir neįgalų vaiką. Jei atėjusi tvarkyti artimųjų kapų neturėsiu kur pasodinti vaiko, tai aš jį turėsiu kažkur palikti. O tai jau vėl nepatogumai...“, - šios istorijos neigiamas puses vardijo Eglė.
Moteris taip pat paaiškino, kad apžiūrėjusi kapines pastebėjusi, jog rašteliai, liepiantys nugriauti suolelius, uždėti tik ant tų, kurie pastatyti prie naujų kapų, o štai prie senųjų nėra nė vieno.
„Tikrai nematau čia didelės problemos. Tik, manau, reikėtų didesnės tolerancijos ir supratingumo iš kitų žmonių, kad jie ten pastatyti ne dėl grožio“, - apmaudo neslėpė E. Paulauskienė.
„Mokėjau už pastatymą, mokėsiu ir už nugriovimą“
Pakalbinome ir keletą asmenų, kurie prie savo artimųjų amžinojo poilsio vietos nutarė pastatyti suolelius. Pasidomėjome, ką jie mano apie šią situaciją. Ieva pasakojo: „Tai tikra nesąmonė. Mano vyras mirė prieš pusketvirtų metų. Paminklą ir suolelį pastačiau praėjus dviem mėnesiams. Tas suoliukas brangus, dabar vėl reikės jį nuimti. Nesuprantu, juk ne dėl prabangos stačiau jį. Aš esu neįgali, nueinu ten, pasibūnu, nieko ten blogo nedarau, su žmonėmis pasišneku. Kapą lankau kasdien“. Pasiteiravome, ar prieš statant suolelį buvo įspėta, kad tai daryti draudžiama. Tačiau, pasak pašnekovės, apie draudimą prabilta tik pastarosiomis dienomis. „Sekmadienį sodinau gėles ir šalia yra kitos moters vyro kapas. Ji net verkė dėl tų suoliukų. Senolė jau vos paeina ir ji labai džiaugėsi savo suoliuku ant kurio gali pasėdėti ir pailsėti. Kad būtumėte matę, kaip ji verkė“, - kalbėjo Ieva. Moteris tikino, kad suolelį nuims, nes baiminasi, kad nereikėtų mokėti baudos. „Jau paprašiau meistro. Tačiau tai labai blogai. Kaip dabar seniems žmonėms tai išgyventi? Visiškas chaosas. Dar ketvirtadienį kalbėjau su duobkasiais ir klausiau, ar ne jie čia skundžiasi mūsų suoleliais, bet tie tik pasakė, kad suoleliai jiems netrukdo“, - nuoskaudų neslėpė Ieva.
Kita mūsų pašnekovė Judita taip pat piktinosi sulaukusi tokios naujienos. „Aš esu neįgali, tėvelis mano taip pat yra su dideliais poreikiais, jam jau 79-eri metai. Mamą palaidojome prieš trejus metus, o tėtis labai nori pabūti prie jos kapo, jam dar ir dabar depresija, tačiau ilgai pastovėti negali. Suolelis jam labai padėjo. Dabar jis nebežino, ką reikės daryti. Ir Klaipėdoje kapinėse, ir Šilalėje turime artimųjų kapų, pastatyti suoleliai, bet niekas niekada dėl jų nepriekaištavo“, - kalbėjo Judita. Prie pašnekovės mamos kapo pastatytas suoliukas metalinis, įbetonuotas, kad niekas jo nepavogtų. „Mokėjome, kad jį pastatytų, dabar teks mokėti, kad nuimtų jį“, - liūdnai kalbėjo moteris. Pasidomėjome ir kiek toks suolelis atsiėjo. Pasirodo, prieš trejus metus už jį šeima mokėjo apie 200 litų (beveik 60 Eur), taip pat dar reikėjo užmokėti ir už jo pastatymą. Suma išties nemaža. Judita pasakojo, kad ir aplinkinių kapų prižiūrėtojai ateina pailsėti ant jų suolelio. „Niekada niekam neužkliuvo, niekas nesiskundė. O dabar visi, su kuriais teko kalbėti, dėl šio įvykio yra labai nepatenkinti, pasipiktinę“, - sakė ji.
„Taisyklių reikia laikytis“
Kalbintas kapines prižiūrinčios įmonės „Šilutės komunalininkas“ vadovas Audrius Benkunskas apie šią situaciją sakė taip: „Kapinių priežiūros taisyklėse yra parašyta, kad praėjimuose negalima statyti suolų. Baudos jiems niekas neskirs, mes tik atsiųsime žmones, kurie tuos suolus nuims. Žiūrėsime kiekvieną atvejį, kurį suolą nugriauti. Bus seniūnijos ir mūsų įmonės atstovas. Kapinių sargė klijavo įspėjamuosius lapelius, tai suskaičiavome, kad tokių suolų pastatyta apie 100“.
Negalėjome nepaklausti ir to, kodėl šitiek metų suolai niekam niekada neužkliūdavo ir niekas nereikalaudavo jų nugriauti, o dabar štai privalu tai padaryti tuoj pat. „Spaudoje buvo parašyta, kad žmonės skundžiasi dėl tų suolų. Čia ne mes patys sugalvojome. Kadangi anksčiau niekas dėl to nesiskundė, drastiškų priemonių nesiėmėme. O dabar reikia padaryti tvarką. Yra Savivaldybės patvirtintos taisyklės, parašyta juoda ant balto, kad praėjimuose negalima statyti suoliukų. Tegul stato kapavietės viduje, kur nors kraštelyje“, - kalbėjo A. Benkunskas.
Suolelius šalina patys gyventojai
Birželio 25-osios rytą susisiekus su kapinių prižiūrėtoja Eugenija Kančiene sužinojome, kad žmonės jau pradėjo nuiminėti suolelius. „Tam reikia laiko, kad visi susitvarkytų. Bet dabar jau žmonės tvarkosi. Vieni tuos suolelius pasistatė kapavietėse, kiti išsivežė namo. Žinoma, jie nepatenkinti dėl to, bet tvarka juk turi būti“, - sakė E. Kančienė.
Šioje situacijoje paaiškėjo seniai žinoma tiesa: aplinkiniai nejautrūs kito bėdoms. Besiskundžiančiųjų „dėka“ senjorams, neįgaliesiems teks nusigriauti suolelius, ant kurių jie pailsėdavo, pasimelsdavo už savo artimąjį. Galbūt kartais reikėtų būti tolerantiškesniems vieni kitiems. Tuomet juk ir gyventi bus smagiau.

Kodėl nevena institucija ir p.
